SPIN LIFE INTO CONTROL
"Music is a journey, and I want to take the scenic route. Its not just about getting there, but how you get there. Music is the greatest addiction Gods given me and it's consumed me. Music reminds us that we feel and should only lose control of our feelings in the music! Love to you all x Samurai"
Samurai Takeda Shingen (1521-1573)"A person with deep far-sightedness will survey both the beginning and the end of a situation and continually consider its every facet as important"
Having been in the music industry for over 2 decades, Brendon Samurai Samuel grew up with the growth of dance music. From starting clubbing in the late 80's to dancing professionally in the early 90's, he then dived straight into DJing to be signed up by an agency in the late 90's, which propelled him into event organizing and producing. Having a creative background and lifestyle has opened the doorway and given him the opportunity to mix with influential names in the music industry. Samurai continues to produce and DJ with meaning and purpose. ENJOY!
Samurai StyleRaised on Hip Hop (PE, BDP), Electro and Breakdance is where my passion for beats and breaks grew from. My exposure to Pop and New Romatic 80's music gave me my taste for syth music and its digital electric vibe. Enfusing the two creates what I can best discribe as "Beauty and the Beast" "A Punch with a Kiss". Music with strength and depth. I understand the power of builds and breaks and use them both for climatic peaks. All music tells a story and when I'm either producing or spinning, I communicate in sound, the feelings and understanding what my crowd want.
